Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Donations

All donations made to Little Hope Trust through littlehopetrust.org are voluntary and non-refundable.

Donations are used for charitable purposes, and once processed, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Duplicate Transactions

If you suspect that you have made a duplicate donation, please contact us at manikondajones@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

After verification, we will process a refund if the donation was indeed made twice due to a technical error.
3. Event Registrations & Cancellations

If you have registered for an event or program hosted by Little Hope Trust, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Refunds for event fees (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made using your payment method, notify us immediately at manikondajones@gmail.com.

We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds (in cases of duplicate transactions or unauthorized payments) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
